Business school? Freshman Direct

<p>How do we know?</p>

<p>I did not receive a letter from the business school, but was let into UW already.</p>

<p>The letter did not mention a major, and if I look at the unofficial transcript thing, it says pre-major (Arts & sciences)</p>

<p>So I guess I didn't get in?</p>

<p>Well the business school sent out an email and then a letter to people who had been accepted, at the last chat they said they had accepted 300, and they plan on accepting 550, so there should still be 250 spots remaining. so you should still have a chance.</p>

<p>Does anyone know when the last round goes out? My unofficial transcript says Arts and Sciences for my college so does that mean I'm already out of the running?</p>

<p>Nope Cryto, I got accepted into Foster, but my unofficial transcript said A/S before as well. So don't worry about it.</p>

<p>Anyone else that got accepted to Foster having trouble signing up for a business special interest advising session? I cant figure out how we are supposed to do it!</p>

<p>nope im talking about the advising session in the summer. but i just talked to a rep and they said it wont be ready for a few days.</p>

<p>So everyone offered for direct admission has a major other than "A&S" under unofficial transcript?</p>

<p>no i got in and it still says premajor a&s. but i talked to a rep and they said there is an error in coding for freshman direct students, so it should change soon. that is why the freshman direct people havent been able to register for an advising session yet, because of the coding error.</p>

<p>no they only inform you if you are accepted into the program. i asked this question earlier in the year. they said if you dont hear by may 1st then you arent accepted into the program.</p>
