<p>Son received registration materials for business school. You are asked to request courses from "areas of knowledge" (fine arts, humanities, natural world, and people & society) besides business/math/english requirements. The actual courses you receive will be computer generated based on your choices. Can anyone shed any light on freshman courses that are well worth taking in those areas and courses that should be avoided? Should he just select courses based on his interests in these areas? Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!</p>
<p>Goodgirl-If you go to the "For new UM parents" thread, there is a link to thread where registration was discussed. One of the posters had a S in the business school so there may be some helpful info.</p>
