I'm a junior and have recently just received my first SAT back with a 2100. I have prepped for a while now for the SAT. I'm not sure what my GPA is but my grades are mostly 95s with the exception of AP Bio at 85 right now. I want to go into business, not sure specially what major yet. I'm wondering if there are any good business schools that I will have a chance at. Do universities really look at your extracurricular activities? Oh and I'm Asian. I heard colleges have a higher standard for Asians?

Each college is different. Some will accept you on your GPA/SAT alone others take what they call a ‘holistic approach’- looking at the whole person and their abilities and interests beyond the classroom which is where the ECs come in.

Do you have any ECs at the moment?

You’ve got really strong sounding stats. What else do you want out of college? A particular minor? location? Climate? Certain ECs or intramural sports? A big football team? In a major city? In-state/Out of state?

Do you know how much your parents can afford to pay towards college?

Have a play around with the College Search facility on CC’s main page for a start.

And remember that a good college defined by a ranking is a highly subjective outcome. Also, that going to a top college for business isn’t the same as being a top business person. Google your business idol’s educational history.

Answering your first question, Newsweek list the following for undergrads- top 10:
Notre Dame
UVA
Cornell
Washington, St Louis
UPenn
Boston College
Emory
UMich Ann Arbour
UTexas Austin
UNC Chapel Hill

I would go with USNEWS ranking.
