Business Week Online Rankings

Richmond and USC should be higher, richmond inside 20, and USC inside 10, instead of indiana

haha...people still put down indiana even though they have been ranked highly by two very credible sources...you guys are funny

very fairly ranking, students' performance, school's facility, and corporate opiniosn are both factored into it

hey, i never said IU sucks. ;)

well its boonie-ville USA, how many smart kids actually live in that state? lol, not to hate, but i can't think of a school so overrated considering the schools overall quality

hahahah i knew untitled would be happy, congrats uva at 2

I need to hurry up and get all my stuff in for the spring of 07, I think a top 10 ranking will have kids across the country will only increase the apps.

Is Notre Dame even ranked by USNWR?

I do not think these rankings are any more useful than USNews. At the end of the day, it really depends on what you want to do in business. If you're focusing on the quant side of business(in my mind, that would be the only reason to major in business undergrad), it would be more useful to see a ranking for business schools that provide strong technical and mathematical foundations like Wharton/Sloan/Stern/Tepper/McIntire etc.

I do know however, more than a few people who would be upset by this ranking.

thats y these rankings are good, for people interested in strictly business this is a holistic view on the strength of the business education in every facet that matter

farbdogg, Indiana is an excellent university. It has top academic departments in multiple fields, a gorgeous campus, and smart students. Its top 10 ranking should not come as a surprise to anybody.

The next person using the tired phrase "at the end of the day" should die an immediately painful death...

Yea, I guess people can't get over the 80% acceptance rate.

Someone explain to me what makes Indiana so good for business. I'm not doubting the school, I just don't know much about it. Indiana's SAT 25-75 range is 990-1120, which means its student body doesn't match up to the top 25 overall schools. Are the students at the ug b-school a lot stronger than the other students at indiana? Finally, if Indiana is a top 10 b-school, why don't more talented students applying to the top schools apply? It doesn't seem as difficult to get a solid GPA at Indiana as a business major than it is to get a solid GPA at a Berkeley or Georgetown or CMU.

Who cares. Chicago accepts 40% of its applicants and it is one of the World's top 10 universities.

gatorade like, hell it isn't. Also the bschool students tend to be smarter than the school as a whole.

That's because chicago makes it known the kind of kids they want, and only really nerdy kids know about the school. That means they can accept a high percentage of students with a low number of applicants, it is the "Un-common application" as they call it.

Farbdogg, either the hundreds of top companies that recruit at Kelly and all the major rankings are completely wrong, or Indiana has a top B school.

Has Kelley reached it's zenith?

hahah well said alexandre

Hoosier daddy (clap, clap, clap-clap-clap), farbdogg?
