Buss Econ vs Accounting?

<p>I got accepted to Irvine for Buss Econ (The school of Social Science)
but I want to change my major to Accounting (The school of Business)</p>

<p>my questions are</p>

<p>1) Is it possible to change from the school for social science to the school of business without any difficulties?</p>

<p>2) Which major is better between Buss Econ and Accounting at Irvine?</p>

<p>UCI doesn’t have an accounting major. There is an accounting minor through the business school that you have to apply for during your second year. So stick with the business econ and try to get into the accounting minor.</p>
