Buying books from Telebears

I normally use the Telebears link to buy books, but this semester's booklist has got me confused.

For a couple of my classes (Math 54 Lott, Physics 7B Liphardt), under required is a Math/Physics Package, then under Recommended are items that say Book Alone, or just a Physics Workbook by itself

Does the package include these things? Or what's in the package...

I think the 54 package is just two textbooks, one for Linear Algebra, one for Differential Eqns, the two of which are below. Not sure though.

The Physics package should be the same as 7a so a textbook, mastering physics cd, and a workbook. If you took 7a last semester the master physics account should still work.

I ordered the Math 54 books for Lott (not the package, the individual books) since I they were used versions and I though it would be cheaper but currently both books are back ordered.

If I took Physics 8A last semester can I just buy the book for Physics 8B for this semester without having to buy the package that includes mastering physics?

@wt1234: yes

It looks like one of the math textbooks for 54 is only like $15 on amazon, used.

Which book is this? I thought that the books were custom Berkeley edition.

eh, not sure. Nagle? they might be interchangeable with 3rd (lay) and 4th (nagle). I’m kind of confused atm so I’ll probably wait.

comegetused!

^yea seriously use this instead. no tax + cheaper!! the bookstore gets enough money from us as it is.
