buying microfridge

where do you buy it? I remember reading somewhere that they sell for 300 bucks, and renting for 200... but I went on the site ucla gave us and it said those are not in stores...

<a href="http://www.orl.ucla.edu/bruinbargains/%5B/url%5D">http://www.orl.ucla.edu/bruinbargains/</a></p>

thats only renting tho... I heard you can buy for 300 dollars...

When they say that students are only allowed to bring a microfridge, does that mean EACH student in a dorm gets to bring a microfridge or is it only one fridge per room?

only 1 I believe for the whole dorm...

just google it...tahts what i did

wait are we allowed to buy and bring microfridges? or does ucla only allow rental ones...

UCLA only allows rental ones if you wanted to bring a microwave (the microwave has to be attached to a fridge to save electricity or something)

well I found a site that sells microwave+fridge together connected for 300 dollars but idk if ucla allow that...

Shouldn't be a problem.

Yes to 1 fridge per room.

I think the restriction on freestanding microwaves is because of electrical load issues.
