Anyone out there? Just wondering if any CCers who are juniors now are applying to BYU…
Well now we are seniors, but I am applying to BYU this year
My D is
@toolegittoquit … I knew you were Mormon on that other post where you talked about being a youth camp leader. Too funny. I have been camp director for 7 years now and expect to be til I die…
@slaudsmom I love girls camp!! I hope your girls show their appreciation for all your hard work. And good luck to your daughter on applying!
Good luck to you and @studious99 too. Not that you will need it! I am excited for all of you. This is such a great time in your life…when you are my age I hope you look back on your late teens and early 20’s with the same fondness that I do (in my old age). I can’t wait to help my D get set up at school…and to send lots of care packages!
Has anyone gotten their results yet? I’m a little bit concerned
Admission decisions came out for transfers but not new freshman.
Wait, I just saw my Admission Decision. I got denied. Oh well. I got into Cal Poly SLO at least. I’m really disappointed though–I’m sure most applicants who got denied are.
I didn’t get the email by the way. I found the decision on the status page of the application. Just letting you guys know in case you haven’t gotten the email either.
Did anyone else on here see their decision?
Where on the status page did you see the decision?
Where it used to say Complete is now says Denied.
*it now says
Congrats on Cal Poly though. I wish I could go to school in Cali
Here’s what it looks like:
You have submitted an application to the following schools:
School Term Application Status
BYU Fall 2017 Denied - Click here for decision letter and next steps
Yeah mine still says complete. Maybe since you are on pacific time, the decisions are done differently
Mine finally changed on the application status!
Admitted!
Congratulations. What were your stats, extracurriculars, etc.?
I am sorry @labradoodle5 But it sounds like you were are well aware that not getting into the Y is not the end of the world. You will have a great experience at your school. Good luck!
