BYU online course showing up on as 1.5 years instead of 1 year in a-g matching

I tool a math summer class in the summer after 9th grade from the BYU online high school. The course shows up on the UC A-G course list as an approved C subject with 2 half year courses : GEOMETRY PART 1 and GEOMETRY PART 2. I did receive individual grades for both PART 1 and PART 2.
They also show up as 2 courses when I fill up the high school coursework section on the cal state app. Under GEOMETRY PART 1 in put in my grade for the 1st semester and put in no course for the 2nd. I also filled in the grades for Geometry Part 2, selecting No course for semester 1 and my actual grade for semester 2.

However when I get to A-G matching my the number of years show up as a total of 1.5 years with 0.5 year for PART 1 and 1 year for PART 2, which is clearly incorrect. Part 2 should also be 0.5 years. Has anyone else faced this? How do I get this corrected, as this is messing up my calculated GPA too.

It is showing up the same way on both the UC and CSU application?

Yes, Part 1 and Part 2 of Geometry show up as separate courses in the UC application too. Here too I put in actual grade for sem 1 and “No course” for sem 2 under Geometry Part 1, and “no course” / actual grade for sem 1 / sem 2 grades for Geometry Part 2.

Maybe you should enter the courses as Geometry Part 1= 1st semester and Geometry Part 2= 2nd semester so the credits come as a 0.5 for each semester?

Did you take both Parts 1&2 within the same academic year?

Have you tried contacting UC admissions and also the CSU application Liason?
