<p>Remote parking is available for any undergrads who are juniors or seniors (or living off-campus, I think) and I’m almost sure you can’t buy/sell/trade permits, as they’re assigned to specific license plates.</p>
<p>I just got my R permit in the mail yesterday and it has my specific license number printed on it, so selling them to each other seems out of the question…</p>
