<p>Wow this is great! While you can never be totally sure, you have the best chances for your schools out of almost anyone. If you don’t get in to these schools, I’m not sure who can. I think you’re guaranteed to get into one of the schools of your choice.</p>

<p>Your academics are amazing! But your ECs do seem a bit scattered, but I understand how depth doesn’t always come off best on a CC summary of your accomplishments. Really work on selling one great passion and talent you have, as that’s the real determining point at HYP-- not so much test scores. You’re in for a low reach to the lower ivies, but as for Harvard, it’s a mid reach like everyone else. Best of luck!</p>

<p>I agree, your academics are amazing as are your ECs. I do think that you really should take the Math II because many schools require or recommend it.</p>

<p>Layerd, what do you mean by “scattered”? Do you mean they lack a real “focus area”? If so, then this is more or less on purpose because I was largely undecided on my future career when i was selecting my ECs; I just chose whatever seemed the most fun for me. Wouldn’t admissions departments understand that not a lot of high school students know their “calling,” resulting in most students having a variety of ECs to try different things out?</p>

<p>You’re my hero… no seriously, you’re amazing. You’re qualified, but getting into the schools on your list is a crapshoot for pretty much anyone. At this point, it will be up to your essay and teacher recommendations. </p>

<p>EDIT: My UW GPA is actually 3.98 if calculated by nine weeks grades, but a 4.00 if calculated by semester grades.</p>

<p>As in, you do a lot. More power to you. That’s why I said you should elaborate on-- how did you change your community and yourself through your involvement. Hence, you don’t get the full scope on CC. Unless that is the full scope.
You asked for people’s thoughts. Those were my thoughts. If you don’t think they’re “scattered,” then they’re not. It’s not like I know you lol.</p>

<p>Fair enough… My essay is about a meaningful community service experience I had, and I’ll try to elaborate on an EC in the short answer. I think those two should do a good job elaborating on the ECs. But thanks for the insights, man.</p>
