c- in a-g requirements

Does a grade of a c- in a class still meet a class requirement for the UC/CSU systems?

yes it does. The UCs and Cal States do not consider plusses and minuses, so for gpa calculation purposes, a C- is a 2.0 (or 3.0 if UC-approved honors or AP/IB course).

That's what I thought, but on their website, they say a grade of a "c" so its a little confusing if they mean any kind of c or at least a c, not c-. Thanks!

That is so not fair... A C+ should not equal a C-.

I agree, though it would be nice to have an A- count for an A ;)

^ Oh, now that changes everything. lol

It's all about perspective ;)
