C+ in AP Cal BC=rescinded acceptance to UC?

I could use someone's experience-advice. A friend's daughter is applying to the UC's, and I am not as familiar with their requirements. My DD attends college out of state.
The young woman is applying to the UC's with over a 3.5UW. She is taking AP Cal BC, and earned a C+ for the first semester. If she should get accepted to Cal, or another UC, and they receive her final transcript showing a C+ in AP Cal BC, will her offer of admission be dropped/rescinded?
What experience, or advice could I relay to her and her daughter?
Thank you for your assistance!!!!

as long as her semester/year GPA is at least a 3.0 she is safe.

I’m a first-year. From myBerkeleyApplication, I looked up ‘Conditions of Admission for Fall Semester 2009,’ as copied/pasted below. Granted, they may be different for 2010…

To maintain our offer of admission, you must meet the following conditions:

Complete all senior-year courses listed on your application with an overall unweighted B average for each term and no grade lower than a C. Immediately notify us, in writing: if you did not meet the grade point average condition for any term of your senior year; or of any changes to your senior year class schedule.

Graduate from high school. If you have already graduated from high school, you must immediately submit an official document (high school transcript, GED or proficiency certificate) that indicates your completion of high school or its equivalent.

She should be ok…I also got a C first semester in AP Calc (and also honors physics).

She needs at least a 3.0 UW for Cal. So if she got an A to balance out the C I would assume she would be fine.

Thank you anon5524485, weebly, birdhouse and chococookie~I shared your posts with my friend. They will be able to sleep tonight!
