C+ in AP Calculus AB first semester... how badly does it affect chances for Computer Science major?

I’ve been slacking off in AP Calculus AB this year and I currently have a C+… In the past, I’ve always been really good at math and gotten all A’s. I hope to major in computer science in the future, so how bad does a C+ look for the first semester?

Does having a high SAT/ACT math scores and a good score on the AP Calculus exam make up for the low grade in first semester AP Calc?

You should stop slacking off and improve your AP Calculus grade. Although high SAT/ACT math scores will help your chances, a C+ in Calculus AB will probably be looked down upon, especially if you want to pursue a heavy mathematics based major in college.
