C in high school. now what?

<p>Hey guys! My friend asked me to post here for her.</p>

<p>She's never gotten a C before. Mostly As all throughout high school. However, this last semester of junior year, she got a C in a really hard (IB math HL for those who know what it is) math class. shes planning to apply ED and is now convinced that the C will get her rejected from JHU (for pre-med). will one C in math really hurt her chances? (she hates the subject) Are there any JHU students out there who got a C junior year in high school?
