<p>I'm an international applicant from india applying for undergraduate engineering in the States.</p>

<p>Financial - No Aid</p>

<p>so my details go like this:-</p>

<p>SAT - 2030
CR - 590
Math - 730
Writing - 710</p>

<p>Appeared for SAT in Physics and Maths IIC (Expecting around 700 in both)</p>

<p>Class Rank - 2nd out of 57 students</p>

<p>Teacher reccomendations - Very strong!</p>

<p>Job Experiences-</p>

<p>1) Interned at an automotive workshop as an assistant service mechanic for 2 months in the summer of 2008. Paid.</p>

<p>2) Interned at an industrial component manufacturer where i complied huge databases of AutoCAD drawings of their components in summer 2009. Paid.</p>

<p>3) Currently an unpaid apprentice at the Jaguar Land Rover dealership, in their workshop.</p>

<p>Extracurriculars- </p>

<p>1) Captain of the School Golf team (founded the team too)</p>

<p>2) Participated and ranked in the top few in state and national level golf tournaments</p>

<p>3) One of the 12 selected from India to participate in the St. Andrews Golf summer school in Scotland</p>

<p>4) President of 500 member international religious organization.</p>

<p>Community Service- </p>

<p>1) 2 month service at a national organization, going into slums and convincing parents to send their kids to school and give them an education (we also got the education sponsored)</p>

<p>2) 2 hrs/week & 52 weeks/year community service at a place of worship where serve food to devotees and cook food in their community kitchen. </p>

<p>Essays - Very Strong (Worked pretty hard for the past 3 months on them and everyone whose read them, loved them)</p>

<p>I think your SAT’s are low for an international applicant, but everything else looks great.</p>
