<p>Do you ever have to move your car if you have this permit?</p>
<p>Yes. I think you can pay additional for night parking, but C parking by itself cannot be parked over night.</p>
<p>As far as I can tell there are a few lots that are off limites from 4am-6am, but most are open for night.</p>
