C this semester, need some reassurance!

Hi everyone, here's my situation:

I am a senior in California, I have a pretty tough schedule-
1. AP Calc
2. English
3. AP Physics
4. Civics
5. AP Biology
6. Honors Spanish 3

My grades are as follows
1. AP Calc 98 A
2. English 95 A
3. AP Physics 93 A-
4. Civics 95 A
5. AP Biology 94 A
6. Honors Spanish 3 74 C
GPA: 4.33

I just can not seem to do well in my spanish class, trust me you might think I am slacking, but I seem to spend well over 2 hours a day studying for her tests. If I do end up getting a C I dunno how it would affect me.

I am applying to all the UCs, and was wondering if one C would ruin me?
I have a 3.91 UC GPA, got a 1900 on the SATs.

My main target is to get into UC Davis, but my dream school is UC Berkley...
I think im overexaggerating, but what do you guys think?

Thanks for all the help.

I dont think UC's will know about since they dont have any midyear reports that your counciler fills out

One C during your senior year isn't a problem at all as long as you keep your academic GPA above 3.0.

I think UC Davis is reasonable for your GPA and SAT scores. UC Berkeley is going to be a reach, however. Of course, other factors will have significant impact as well.

I have the same problem. My schedule:
Psychology 97
Drawing/Painting2 100
AP English 82
AP Calculus AB 76
AP MAcroeconomics 90
Art History 90
My GPA is a 95.7 and my math teacher this year does not give partial credit. I have been making careless errors and getting killed for it. I was so worried but Ive gotten over it. If a grade from 1st semester AP Calc senior year is what keeps me out of a school then screw them.
