My chances of getting accepted?
I will be a junior next fall and I am incredibley worrisome about getting into a good and well or decently ranked college after my senior year because I did so horrible during my first two years. due to social and home issues. I am seeking guidance and opinions of what others believe my chances into getting into my school choices are. Since I am only halfway finished with high school, many of these EC's and grades for junior and senior year will be hypothetical, as they have not happened yet. Please reply as so.

Summer: Re-taking Chemistry during the summer at a community college to improve the grade, science camp, hospital volunteering, internship at bio-fuels lab or hospital, pre-collegiate business or medical program at Ithaca for a week

I will be paying for the tutor, college classes, volunteer trip and pre-college program on my own. I believe I will recieve a 3 or 4 on my AP tests. I strive for a 5, but I am thinking negatively.

Senior: Hopefully a 4.0 (I will keep my tutor)

Again, possibly a 3 or 4 on my AP tests.
All of the same extra-curriculars. I will continue to do volunteer work. My goal of hours is 350. My goal through the clubs I'm founding for the whole student-body is 2,000. By that summer, I suppose I will have the steady internship I was offered the summer before junior year at my science camp, but I will have already known what colleges I've been accepted to.
Will the improvement from sophomore year to junior year be significant?

What kind of SAT/ACT scores would be necessary for any of the starred colleges and the "Super Reaches?"
