[CA] Associates for Business Admin or AD-T Business Admin?

My college offers both:

  • A.A. Business
  • A.S. Business Administration (with various certificates you can get on the side)
  • AD-T Business Administration (guarantee acceptance into ONE of the CSU; however, you don’t get to choose which one)

Which of the three is the best pathway? I’d really appreciate any insight. If I go AD-T, I wouldn’t be able to fulfill requirements that enable me to apply for UC. They also guarantee you a spot in the CSU system, but you could end up anywhere. Would it be best to go the A.S. or A.A. with certificates and apply for CSU and UC campuses I’d like to attend? Where do you hope to transfer to? What do you want to study (finance, marketing, accounting, etc.)? Lastly, how are your grades looking?

If you goal is to get to a UC (not too many offer undergrad business) then you may not want to follow the CSU only transfer path.
