CA Universities for Spring?

<p>If i were to take this fall semester off of school to work and pursue side business ventures to help build my application for spring, where should I apply to in California? I have about a 3.1 GPA coming from a top 40 business week university, NCAA D1 athlete and Extracurriculars related to my major/minor. Also, I have about 65 units.</p>

<p>Here are my criterions:
-In California
-Preferably OC but doesn't have to be
- Accepts Spring Transfers (and has a good chance of accepting me and my 3.1)
- Good Financial Aid/Scholarship/Grant/Merit
-Tuition with FA end up being less than 30k a year</p>

<p>Anyone have any matches?</p>
