<p>...i missed the old cafe, and it seems to be coming back! </p>

<p>The CC Cafe used to be the place where, after hours upon end of looking at "what are my chances 2400 SAT 3471049710 ec's, oh and I was the president's page and logged 23943 hours helping homeless kids become CEO's and perfect essays and all that jazz, i could come to the cafe and laugh at dumb threads like "i'm cool than <em>random cc person</em> and "dumbest jokes ever*. Then things started getting angry and serious (all the religion vs. atheism threads, and political stuff) and i was sad. I hope that the cafe stays a fun and carefree place (of course, with a few serious debates).</p>

<p>I've been with you...I kept asking the same question, but my threads died. I like the randomness, but now all I see is political threads. It's called Collegeconfidential, not politicsconfidential. </p>

<p>I also noticed that most of these political threads are created by newbies.</p>

<p>is that lame joke thread still around? I used to look at the jokes and tell them to my friends when we were in a computer class last year when I wasn't stressing out about college admissions and ACT scores and enjoying senioritis. :D</p>

<p>cc cafe has been lame for ages.
The best time was when celebrian was about to reach 10,000 posts. People werent too mature (like now) and people werent too immature (like the days of lame ass martha jonathank anita etc..).
I think that time was end of 2005? or start of 2006 or something..</p>

<p>But i dont mind the politics and religion debates - I'm trying to learn these kinds of things right now and I find them a bit interesting.</p>
