On the Cal Grant site it says that the FAFSA and GPA verification forms must be submitted by March, 2nd 2009. Does that mean the two forms have to reach the California Student Aid Commission by that exact date or is that the last day to send it. For example, if I was forced to submit my GPA verification form through the mail and if it didn't get there until the 4th.

Most California high schools automatically submit them, so your registrar might tell you it has already been done. (Unless you are not a current senior.)

At the bottom of the second page of the form, it says "Postmarked on or before March 2, 2009," but I wouldn't cut it that close.
