So because I am dumb and realized that I needed to also send a GPA Verification form for Cal Grant (forgot about it), I only sent in the California Dream Act (FAFSA for AB-540 students basically), and to my surprise, I needed my school to also send in my GPA. I realize that the deadline is tonight, but I highly doubt SMC, my school will be able to do anything tonight.
So considering all options:
- Should I still check in with my school tomorrow, hope they will send it tomorrow, and pray that I will still be eligible (or must everything be submitted tonight to be eligible, PERIOD)?
- I saw there was a form for late GPA verification, but so far I have not found any for 2015-2016 application. Is this a possibility and would I still be eligible?
- Forget about the deadline and wait for the Sept 2 deadline. I realize this is also an option, but I know it is more limited…

Are you sure they didn’t send it for you? It’s often done automatically. Go here and check:

You have to make an account and then in the Cal Grant section you can check for your GPA verification.
I saw on the SMC Cal Grant page that I had to go to the Fin Aid Office to turn in the GPA form, but I checked right now, and it has been sent recently! #:-S Now my only concern is if this will be considered on time (there is no date confirming the GPA Verification). Is it critical for everything to have been sent by the end of March 2?
I think it is important, but I’m pretty sure it was sent on time. They wouldn’t just randomly wait until the morning right after the due date to send it lol.
