Cal Grant A: Qualified - Not Awarded
Cal Grant B: Awarded - On Hold
Cal Grant C: Not Awarded

-Okay it says the above. Whats up with me being qualified for CAL GRANT A and not being awarded and only awarded for CAL GRANT B? or its only one that a person qualifies for?

-which one is better? A or B?

-what is the difference between Pell Grant and Cal Grant?

B is better, because it pays for books and supplies as well as tuition and fees. They give you the default which is better.

It’s on hold because they need you to submit your high school graduation information on, “Cal Grant Main” -> “Required Information”.

It takes approximately one week for your status to update after you submit the form and then you can change school/update information.

For exact numbers:
Cal Grant B awards $1551 more than Cal Grant A.

Pel grant is what is given for filling out fafsa form, cal grant is given first 2 year at any institution I believe? Or well its valid for 2 years-4 years with proper gpa verification form and you are eligible by filling out fafsa by march 2nd :)

They are both grants that you do not have to pay back

Great answer essenar! For more answers you can go on the cal grant website and click on the blue links, but essenar basically sum up everything and more
