Cal Grant Question (Urgent)??

I got a letter from the CA student aid commission (CSAC) on Aug 23 that said if I didn't complete a form (G-35 aka the asset verification form) in 14 days and send it in, I would be disqualified from my cal grant. I sent the form in, but for some reason, the USPS.com website (I did priority mail w/ tracking) said that the letter got to the P.O. box but was not delivered because there was no authorized recipient. I told the person at the Post office that I did NOT want a signature, but according to the tracking system, it said a signature was needed.

Basically, if I resend it on Tuesday, it won't get there until after the 14 day deadline, but it was postmarked well before the 14 day deadline. Will CSAC count this as late?

Does anyone know what I should do? Would faxing it be a good idea? (one guy at CSAC said I can fax it and one can said I couldn't). What about email?

Thanks!
