Hello,
I am received an Transfer Entitlement Certification form, and I need to fill out and submit it back in order for me to received Cal Grant B Transfer Entitlement Award. However, one of the question on the form say this

"Month and year you graduated from high school or achieved the equivalent by passing the GED or California High School Proficiency Examination (CHSPE). "

The problem is that I didn't graduated from high school, or have taken any GED test. I am an immigrant so I only attend 11 and 12 grade at high school, and there is no way for me to get enough credit for high school graduation. I also didn't take any GED test as I am not required to have a GED to attend to community college. I am just finish all of my course work required for transfer to CSU Long Beach which are all course requirement for CSU-Breadth from Area A-E, and I will attend to CSU Long Beach in Fall 2011. I also have CSU GE Certification from my community college.

Am I qualify for Cal Grant Transfer Entitlement if I didn't graduate from high school or have a GED? Is the CSU GE Certification is equivalent to GED or high school diploma? What can I do in this situation in order to qualify for Cal Grant Transfer Entitlement? One of my friends say he received Cal Grant (I don't know which one) while he is attending to CSU Long Beach, and he is the same as me means that he didn't graduated from high school or have any GED.

Thanks for reading, any help will be very appreciated.
