<p>so i got a letter in the mail saying i have to submit a Cal Grant Transfer Entitlement certification through <a href="http://www.webgrants4students.org%5B/url%5D">www.webgrants4students.org</a></p>
<p>i went to that site and filled everything out, but it wont let me press submit >.<</p>
<p>anybody else try this/have the same problem ??</p>
<p>btw, i believe it is required for any cal grant.</p>

I think it’s been under maintenance for about 2 weeks already, and I received a letter from California Student Aid Commission asking me to log into that site to verify my requirement. :(</p>
<p>i had the same exact problem, try today if you havent yet…or keep checking in because sometime in the evening i was able to submit it yestarday.</p>
