<p>Any1 receive a letter from da cal grant people, stating that you have to fill out a form and send it in to your college or university before you can receive the money? Its called the California High School Graduation Certification form. Anywho it says that before you send it into the university you have to find out if they even need it. So my stupid question is, does any1 know if we have to turn this thing in? or send it in to UCSD rather?</p>
