<p>Emails are out now. I was assigned the Martinez Commons apartment (my first choice!). Anyone wanna share what housing you got? Was it what you wanted?</p>
<p>Unit 1 Mini-Suite Double. It was my last choice (which was “any”). Does anyone know what it’s like to live in Unit 1’s mini-suites? Will I be sharing a room with freshmen?</p>

a mini suit in UNIT 2 and Im not very happy about it. :(</p>
<p>casscain: I transferred last year, also got stuck with my “any” option in Unit 1. Yes, a majority of your floor/building will be freshmen. I actually had a transfer for a roommate for a little while, and she was pretty awful… my second roommate (freshman who escaped a triple) was much nicer. So, living with freshmen isn’t necessarily worse than living in upper div housing. For the mini-suites themselves, floors are pretty quiet, you get your own bathroom, so it’s probably the next best thing to having an apartment. It’s also in a pretty good location.</p>
<p>Also, I’m very jealous of OP, my first choice was Martinez but I got assigned to Wada months ago. -_-</p>
<p>I got foothill triple with a 15.7K price tag. Not too happy about it. I only accepted it so that I can get on their list of transfer to another dorm. :/</p>
