Cal Housing

I’m not super concerned about on-campus housing, but this is what I see when I check my application:

I am assuming that they either are reviewing my app and updating it, or have rescinded it due to my age. ;)

no, but i wonder at what point they release the information in a way a little more easy to understand? The info on what the abbreviations meant was a huge help but the other numbers are omg***

yeah, mine says WA-5***-2, I assume that’s a Wada double.

i didn’t receive the e-mail beloved did.
and i cannot access phase 2 =/

*** is
“IS-4**-2”

where do you guys see the code?

All I get is:

This section is not yet accessible for the following reason:

Your application is now being reviewed by the housing office or Your housing offer has expired and your offer is rescinded. Your name will be deleted from our waiting list.

I hope my application was submittted properly…

After you log into your application through the housing portal, click the application tab, and then under the section where you bullet the term you are applying for (which should read Residence Hall 08-09 Academic Year (08/24/2008 - 05/22/2009)), it should look something like this:

Applied: 05/22/2008
Room Reservation: WA-5***-2
Not Complete

And I’m sure if you can’t see your room reservation, it doesn’t mean you didn’t get a room. They’re obviously still updating the application/offer since the application still says “This section is not yet accessible for the following reason…”

disengage, don’t worry thats the norm

bowtoserge, if u went to page 2 and read just a little…

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/1060571511-post25.html</a></p>

ya i saw that right after i posted it
i feel like i should be rescinded on that basis alone… =/

I got CB which doesn’t match the code theory! What does CB stand for? I don’t think it means anything.

Does CB stand for Channing-Bowditch, perhaps?

I wanted CB soooo bad… :(

oooohhh. CHANNING BOWDITCH. wow how could i have missed that! thanks

WA-1**-1

Wada double?

GR-814-7

Does anybody know what the Unit 2 Griffith breakdown is in terms of how many upper-div students and how many fresh/soph?

For mine, GR-814-7, what do you think the ‘7’ means?

what the f$$$ …i got freeborn hall…substance free environment? sh$t…there goes alcohol at my dorm’s parties :frowning: …or so they think

can we request a change?

huh how do we know which dorms are substance free?

there’s only one hall that is substance free, its located in unit 1, freeborn hall. Hence, freeborn. i heard no one really lives up to the concept anyways, so it doesn’t matter.

Vrlobo88, was that one of your choices?

I got…

WA … 2

hopefully this means Wada double.

anyone know?
