Cal Housing

If CalSO was any indication of the overall type of girl you speak of…then neither. Just run.

“cheba im in the same spot as you but a dbl mini suite. i dont think it specifies whether its christian or slottman tho. meh i wanted a single anyplace but i can deal.”

I’m in a dbl mini suite as well. Yesterday it showed up that I was in Christian, so I am guessing that’s still what it is. But yeah, I wanted a single or Channing, but at least it isn’t a triple.

Did you go to the Calso with the the EE girls, Edward? ;)

edward must be one good looking guy considering how critical he is of the berkeley chicks. lol or maybe the berkeley girls are seeing edward and thinking “god why are all the guys here so fugly”

I ended up in Wada with a double.

Not that this contributes to the thread or anything, seeing that most of you didn’t get your first choice.

Hey Orion8, how much for a double in Wada? i wonder if i should appeal for a Wada Apt…whats the difference between a wada apt and a Suite in the regular unit anyways?

bel0ved, I’m not sure lol. I was just overgeneralizing/making an offensive statement as it is my nature. :stuck_out_tongue:

But yeah hhmm, overall compared to UCLA, USC and other campuses I have visited…not so much.

wth… i was about to give up and accept my housing offer…
NOW MY APPLICATION TAB IS GONE?
they probably heard my whining all the way at berkeley and said “screw this guy we’ll put him in the streets”

anyone in a similar situation? i can’t see my housing =.=

oh what do u know… 2 mins later its back

whats the difference between standard and premium meal plans?
we get caviar for premium?

You get more meals. more swipes so to speak, food is all the same. LOL

^monetarily the difference is like 350 bucks. Not too bad in my opinion for more flexibility.

anyone gonna appeal? >_> weeeeee let me join in

Sweet … unit numero

ok I got Foothill… it says “RH suite Quad” does this mean the room actually has FOUR PEOPLE in it? or is like… 2 and 2 connected?

If you guys want to appeal send a polite request to Christen Craft. She is very accommodating and has helped many of my friends with housing transfers.

ccraft@berkeley.edu

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!

Mine says “Unit 2”, “RH Apt. Double”

Does this mean I got Wada? My first choice was Wada. I remember before the offers were actually out, I checked on the CAL housing website and it said “WA ### - 2”

Does this mean I got Wada!??!?!?!?!?!?

So, on saturday, I checked my housing app and saw a code starting with CB. Now I have No code. What happened?? Anyone else’s code disappear?

continue the application ally to see which dorms u were assigned to

I’ve got a mini-suite double in Unit 1… how do I find out which building I’m in??

I really think I got the worst possible housing.
Clark Kerr!!!
STANDARD triple. Not even a mini suite.
They have got to be ****ing kidding!
I’m not paying $12,420 to live with two strangers in a tiny room while sharing a co-ed bathroom with god knows how many disgusting jocks and freshman.

I think all transfer students should have their own building. Oh wait, they do. So why the **** was I assigned to Clark Kerr… six blocks away from campus?
I requested Wada/Channing. I’d be happy with just a double as long as I’m not living with freshmen.

Appealing? I sure as hell am.

@remmert: that’s my situation exactly. i got a WA ___-2 and now i only have a RH - unit 2 - dbl. i haven’t clicked continue yet.. that will probably solve the issue though.

but seriously, why would they give more info, then less info, then more info??
