Cal Housing

I'm not the brightest crayon in the box, I know --but can someone please make this clear for me-- I was offered in Unit 1 RH Suite Triple -- does this mean a triple room in suite? so its b/c a triple room and a common area, dedicated bathroom for 15k???

You know, I didn’t know Unit 1 even had suites. But, yes, you’re paying $15,000 to share a room with 2 other people and have a bathroom and living area in your suite. You can go to the Berkeley Housing site, click on “Housing Options” on the left hand side, click on the different buildings, and then click on “3D room tour” on the right hand side to see the layout of the different room options. Like I said, I don’t think the site even lists Unit 1 as having suites, but if you click on “Foothill” that page should show you the layout of a triple suite.

Thanks for answering. Yes I called them today, they said Unit 1 somtimes has two room triple suites and one room triples in suites, only difference btw that triples is there is a living area and a dedicated bathroom,

15k should include the meal plan, am I right??

yes, you get the standard plan. and they ask if you want to upgrade it for $350 more or something.
