<p>Hey does anyone know if im applying as an engineering major...can i request to be in the business dorms? I was also wondering which dorms have the best social scene and is it true that the engineering dorms are pretty dead?</p>
<p>You can certainly request the business dorm, and it's very true that the eng. dorm is dead. Business is a pretty good dorm for social activities. You can also think about Yosemite and Sierra Madre; they have all majors. Certainly good social scenes. I preferred the red-brick, major-oriented dorms(Muir hall for myself).</p>
