<p>I have been lurking around here for a while, and I haven’t come across a lot of information about the chances of getting into CPP’s architecture programs, so I decided to start this thread. Please the following stats:</p>

<p>Major: Architecture (B.Arch.)
CSU GPA: 3.70
SAT: 1400/1600 660CR 740M
ACT: 33 35E 35M 28R 33S also, 34 superscored
Eligibility Index: 4360 with SAT, 1070 with ACT
Course rigor: 7 honors, 2 accelerated, 2 AP, 3 IB, and currently enrolled in 5 APs. Lots of math and science, two years of art.

<p>Also, the architecture website says “Recent experience has shown that successful candidates for admission usually have a minimum Eligibility Index of 4100.”

The latest data according to the CPP ENV Wikipedia page is aver a 3.8gpa and a 1200/1600 on the SAT. That’s pretty outdated though, and there has been a huge increase in applicants over the last few years.

Congrats, @greenteagirl1997, my status also changed to provisional admit, but being the pessimistic skeptic that I am, I wonder if we were accepted to architecture or just the university in general. I worry because on the architecture website it says that we would know the department’s decision in March, and it’s only January.
Okay, scratch that last comment. I just called admissions and he said “provisional admit” means I’m accepted. YAY! I’m so excited! We made it, @greenteagirl1997
