@MajorSwindle That’s so sketchy that you got a provisional admission if they didn’t have room to offer you. Provisional admission means you got a spot. Did you pay your Enrollment confirmation that time?
@mkim0114 None of our majors are impacted, winter transfers are only for unimpacted.
Also @MajorSwindle if it gives you any peace of mind, on page 6 of this thread someone got admitted to CIS with a 2.78
With a 3.4 GPA, I don’t think I’m going to get in for winter, so I’m stuck going back to SFSU. I hope everyone the best of luck.
@POLSi667 Considering you’re applying for business, I think your 3.4 GPA gives you a solid chance. Transfers don’t register for classes until Dec 1st orientation so your response will come soon. You should hang on!

My account has been under “ready for decision” for about a week now. The website says i should have an answer by early December…I hope it goes well for me, the other two schools I applied for placed me on their waitlist for admission :-??
@POLSi667 yeah just wait a little bit longer! i honestly dont have a back up plan… i was told by cal poly that locals get guarenteed admission if all the requirements were met (2.0 gpa, unimpacted major, majority of coursework from mt. sac) but now im confused cause its taking them so long… but i guess if they deny me then i have to take more classes at mt sac… and i already have 90 units and cal poly told me they only take 70. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO =(

Just started my application for Fall 18 to CPP and San Bernardino.
I attend Chaffey College and was admitted to CSUSB for Fall 17 but my heart is at Poly so I decided to try again.
I’m here, remaining positive and holding on to hope.

I’m pending admission decision as of 11/3/2017, CIS major from Mt. SAC. Still patiently waiting.
I think this was covered, but the registration period ends tomorrow. So, I’m going to go directly to Admissions and ask what is going on.
