@Gumbymom it does. I still haven’t received an email though
@alohomora7: Sometimes it may take a few days. The decision’s usually show up on the portal first.
@alohomora7 Can you post your major and whether you are in-state or OOS please? Usually some patterns develop and that helps people see which acceptances have gone out so far.
@youcee My major is Architecture and I’m an international student.
Congrats @alohomora7 ! Great news!
Congratulations @alohomora7 ! No update on portal here. Maybe they are going in alphabetical order of intended major.
I’m always a bit suspicious about 1st time posters on these threads. Architecture is 9th in alphabetic order of Calpoly majors.
In previous years it was OOS/Internationals first, then in-state. The decisions are generally released by major or college. If OOS are coming out today, I’d expect maybe Monday we’d start seeing in-state results.
Isn’t this about 3 weeks early?
@Ynotgo Yes, the last few years has been around Feb 19-20 or thereabouts. No ED this year so maybe something is different, although there is only 1 post so far so maybe not happening yet. But a couple of years ago, OOS came out on a Friday and in-states started the following Monday.
Mhm, there’s been no decision made for me yet, although my intended is later aphabetically
There was also someone who lived out of the U.S. who posted on another thread a few days ago that their child got a denial which was strange since we’d heard of no acceptances, and usually they are first. Strange things may be afoot this year …
I’m not buying it.
OOS here… didn’t receive a decision yet
Intended major: Liberal Studies (no decision received yet)
CSU GPA: 4.1
ACT: 25
MCA: 4359
CA resident
OOS, no change in portal.
@CAtransplant @Ikg4answers Thank you!
@Ynotgo I know it’s about 3 weeks early and I hadn’t seen anyone else posting about an acceptance which is why I posted here.
Are you sure the acceptance is from Cal Poly SLO and not Cal Poly Pomona? If so, congratulations!
@tasmom yes I’m sure it’s from cal poly SLO. And, thank you!
Once again, congrats to @alohomora7 =D> Still no determination for instate Bio Sci here.
