@marshmallow24 SAME
Waitlisted for Ag Business at 4 pm. ACT 31, GPA (9-12) 3.58
Accepted for Biochemistry ( a week ago)
GPA (9-12): 4.5 (weighted) 3.82 (non weighted)
SAT: 1320
Someone got waitlisted with a 4.5 and ACT 30??? Yeah I’m cool with my rejection
@collegehopeful2021chs Wow, wait listed w/ those stats? Have seen a few posts w/ severely lower stats accepted. Do not understand how those selected over you possibly fit the algorithm, sadly it probably doesn’t! Good luck!
Still haven’t heard back…
CSU GPA: 4.04(weighted) SAT: 2270 (800M, 750 Reading, 720 Writing)
Major: Computer Science
Should I expect a waitlist/reject?
Because the max weighted GPA is 4.2 and work/ec hours and such count for a lot Cal Poly can yield very different results than other schools. You will get in somewhere with those stats.
@al7802 I have basically the exact same stats, applied under software engineering haven’t heard back yet.
Did anyone who has been waitlisted receive the survey email yet?
@minmil no one has yet, hopefully sometime tomorrow!
I can’t believe we have waited this long to hear back and now have to wait till May 15th?? How am I going to stay calm for that long about this.
Anyone hear back from Art and Design? I received the email beginning of January that I was "qualified " for acceptance and now they had to evaluate my portfolio. I submitted my portfolio February 9th. Does anyone know how competitive the photography program is? I’m in state.
May 15th??? omg where did it say that? @Molly55
@moody75 I’m assuming in-state?
Waitlisted
Major: Psychology (first choice)
UC gpa (capped): 4.23
(however, I entered my gpa as 4.14 on the application cause I’m an idiot lol)
SAT: 1410
Has there been a lot of acceptances/waitlists for biomedical engineering? I don’t think I’ve seen many
@SCGoalie00 yes as someone mentioned you can log back in to CSUMentor to see the information you put on the application. You log in, go to Apply, then I think you click on the year you applied for and it will show at the bottom your CSU applications. You can click on one then to see the information you provided and it will show if you put an alternate major. (I had to have a friend talk me through how to do this last night for my daughter as I wasn’t sure if she put down an alternate major either).
Also, just wondering whether you are in-state or OOS? I really would have thought you’d get in with your stats.
@gooddancinggroup are you in-state or OOS?
@monserox on the Cal Poly website
Has anyone heard anything for Kinesiology?
