Okay thank you!!! @Gumbymom
i heard cal poly starts to send acceptances today, anyone got any news?
The 11th was the date they started sending out acceptances last year, however that was a Thursday. I wouldn’t expect to start hearing anything until Monday
I know somebody who is an OOS architect major who apparently already has been accepted
Major: Aerospace Engineering
GPA: 3.09 UW / 3.29 W
ACT: 32 C, 31 M, 32 E, 33 R, 30 S
Too lazy to calculate MCA
Major: Architectural Engineering
OOS
GPA: 3.8UW / 4.1W
SAT: 1350 (680M, 670CR)
ACT: 33 M, 35 E
MCA: 4590
@paperboy1 @2coo4skoo Are you guys posting this because you just recieved a decision?
I’m looking for someone to chance me, no decisions yet
I know the order of decisions but does anyone know how they are spaced out? Is it like one school per day? or do all the decisions come out in order over the course of one day?
Adding to that question above , are the acceptances automated all sent out at the same time ? Also ,if they were to be sent tommorow are posted at midnight tonight (since it’s the new day) or are they posted in the morning once the school is open and send out at diff times for everyone ?
If SLO is true to form, the bulk of the acceptances come out within a 5-7 day period starting with OOS and then in-state. After that, some acceptances will trickle in but then waitlisted applicants and rejections are posted. It could go on as long as 3-4 weeks so into March. Since ED is not an option this year, it may change so just be patient (easy to say…) and do not be surprised if it takes a while for all the decisions to be posted.
Isn’t it a holiday tomorrow?? (Lincoln birthday) so would they still send out acceptances??
Does anyone know if cal poly considers mid-year reports?
@Gumbymom
Tomorrow is not a holiday for Cal Poly.
Mid-year reports are not considered @navyblue123
What are mid-year reports ?
7th semester grades.
Any chance decisions will begin coming out today or this week? @Gumbymom
Does anyone know how competitive Biomedical engineering is? I know that acceptance is based off of majors and I was wondering if biomedical engineering is a compatible major at Cal Poly SLO or not.
I meant to say competitive major
