Admits…what were your stats (SAT scores, GPA, ECs)?

well, i was admitted in 2001(wow- that seems so long ago...) But here are mine anyway:

Weighted gpa- 4.0
SAT- 1330
EC's- 3 years of football, 3 years summer baseball, 80 hours community service, 2 years of violin

Also got into davis, st.mary's. Rejected by UCB, UCSD, UCSB. Also, I applied as a bio major to all schools.

Haha, yeah Giants, I know what you mean. I was admitted in 2003. I can't believe I went through the process two years ago.

I got accepted with a 4.1, a 1290 SAT, and well-rounded ECs.

wow, your GPA really has to be that high?

ok my GPA and ACT scores are really bad
GPA: 3.5
ACT: 23
i'm also hispanic but California doesn't do afirmative action anymore so that doesn't matter

i really don't want to go to this school though, i don't even know why i applied. even if i do get accepted i still won't go

well, the average is about 3.9, so around 3.7-4.1 is needed depending on your SAT's. It also varies according to the major you're applying to. Check out the website and find the freshman profile.

Patientlywaiting: Please don't go there, then. Go to a school where you think you will be happy.

Any other admits?

umm lets see, I applied to aero with
4.2, 1270, 11 ap classes, and thats basically all they really look at
i dont know how many they accepted in my major for early decision this year, but id like to know where to find those figures
im pretty sure ill be going, the uc system is horrible and impersonal; most of my friends currently freshman at ucla hate it
cal poly has a great staff, campus and overall the best freshman experience -- maybe not for the hosh posh east coasters of course
definitely dont go if you need an ivy to tell you youre worth something

white, male, orange county ca.

my friend just got in with a 3.0 and 1400

How do you put ECs on? CSU online app doesn't have space for that...or even AP scores...

eh?!
