You need to calculate your Eligibility Index and see where that compares to admitted students for CS.

I don’t see a year of visual or performing arts. It is a requirement for students for admission. Practical arts isn’t the same thing.
Can you afford CP-SLO?
You are responsible for full fees as an out of state student. $40K per year. There is no financial aid for OOS students.
Affirmative action is illegal in California so, ethnic diversity isn’t a qualifying factor.
You have a competitive GPA but your ACT score is low (average 33). Also, SLO uses an MCA score instead of an eligibility index to rank applicants. Around a 4700 is competitive.

CS has about a 10% acceptance rate and is the most difficult admit at SLO.
What are your Math and English ACT section scores? SLO only uses these scores in their MCA calculation.
I would say Low Reach- High Match.
I applied to the Architecture major at Cal Poly SLO and would love some input on what you guys think my chances are. I can’t seem to find any stats for architecture and I’m not sure how competitive it is compared to other majors.
My stats:
OOS girl
CSU UWGPA: 3.66
WGPA: 3.97
ACT Composite: 31
ACT (just Math and English): 34
MCA: 4425
3 APs including AB Calc
Let me know if anyone has any insight on the architecture major as I can’t find anything with stats for it. Thanks
