<p>I am a US citizen but I have studied in a school outside the US. I'm applying as a a freshman for the Fall2014 term. Do I need to submit transcripts as a part of my application?</p>
<p>There are only instructions for US applicants, which you are and International applicants which you clearly are not. I would start by following the instructions for US applications which say not to send transcripts at time of application. They will notify you when to send them.
