Have you calculated her CP GPA and MCA score?

Sociology has a projected acceptance rate around 22% based on SLO projection targets. Being overenrolled this year, it may be tougher than usual for an acceptance.

Average CP GPA: 3.95 Average SAT: 1343

Compare her stats to these (although not major specific) and you have an idea that it will be a tough admit.

Hopefully she applied widely and has many other options.
