Cal Poly SLO EPIC summer program vs. USC Mission Engineering

Someone please advise which is a more exploratory summer program for a rising senior to explore different field in Engineering? I got in EPIC and was told 5-6 engineering companies will give seminar during the 1-week camp. There is also 8 labs, you choose 4 each of day of week and each last 2 hours and it’s in the actual lab in the Engineering college. The rest of the day is split between admission advices and visiting companies seminar in the field. USC, on other hand is a state of art campus. It’s 2 week 9-4pm daily hands-on building project. I heard they will go to JPL for tour this summer. But I think the project are students led and in a classroom, not at the lab. No overnight stay so I will miss the dormitory experience. Both is almost free to me with scholarship provided. Anyone please advise which is more benefit for a rising senior to explore Engineering?

Has USC Mission Engineering released acceptance decisions? I applied but have not heard
