Business admin: accounting concentration. Slo isn’t my first choice, applying for fun lol… USC is my top choice
I find it strange how many people are waitlisted at this point of time. I myself haven’t heard back yet, very curious how admission at slo works.

Gpa: 3.92
Prereqs: finished all
GEs:finished all

@usctransferivc I’m so sorry!! HAHAHA Well I wanted to see if i can get into slo with my current stats and i’m already accepted to other csu: csun, csuf, and sdsu. I probably won’t accept the offer if I am admitted, so the person the on waitlist still have a chance 
and it seems like usc is your first choice too if i’m not mistaken by your name!
@pomeranian4rich hahahhaa yes USC is definitely my #1 but I also do realize that my 3.57 gpa is not the most competitive so I’m trying to get into other decent schools lol. And omg I am still pending on SDSU lol but I got into all other state schools except for slo… and then I literally just submitted my apps for BU and U of SD lol.
And then I am going to try for NYU too ugh I’m just hoping I get into one good school lol. Cuz I wanna go somewhere where people are like “oh they went to USC so they’re smart” lol. Like not to discredit Fullerton, it’s a great school, but you never hear people say “wow they must be so smart… they went to Fullerton!”
I know that’s is very superficial and there is obviously much more than that that comes into the picture when weighing in a college decision but for me it’s DEFF a factor lol.

@usctransferivc I def. think you have a chance for usc! they review their app holistically so if you’re been improving on recent grades then you could get admitted for spring, if not fall!

Who else is leaning more towards a UC than cal poly?
@dieticianfatima I’m considering UC Irvine for Business Admin w/ an accounting concentration, if I’m admitted. It’s almost a toss up between SLO and UCI for me right now. I’m leaning towards SLO though. If I’m not admitted to SLO, then I would decide between SJSU and UCI. If I can’t get UCI, then it’s SJSU vs. UCD Econ (will change to Managerial Econ) and UCB Econ (not really set on it at all b/c I would be pre-major, which means there’s no guarantee.)
@TheLongRun I would stick with your CSU options. SJSU, SLO, and the like are better for accounting.
Rejected, Mechanical engineering 3.7 GPA
Rejected. CS 3.67 GPA. Idc, im just waiting for UCSC and UCSB, and UCSD decisions to come out in a few weeks!
Still no determination, I didn’t even bother applying to any UC’s since money is a big factor for me and they’re easily 2 or 3x more expensive than the CSU’s.
