Cal Poly SLO or UC Davis for Computer Science/Software Engineering?

<p>Uh oh… Here comes the UC Davis vs Cal Poly SLO debate! This should get interesting…</p>

<p>They probably the same in engineering, slight edge to SLO. What I don’t get is people immediately assume the UCs are better than the Cal Polies. Not in engineering. Another thing is that UCDavis is not known for software.</p>

<p>Well, if there was no debate, then I wouldn’t have to post asking for advice now, would I? When just about everyone else has decided already, no less :(</p>

<p>Oh well, this debate seems to have flopped. Although these two schools are rivals, I guess it’s not the same as Harvard vs Yale. :(</p>
