In terms of the overall quality of education, location, internship opportunities, employment rate, and where I’d be happier. Which school should I choose based on this criteria?
Happiness will depend upon you so no one can make a recommendation of where they think you will be happy. Location: Small town vs. Suburb. Which one would you like better? Education: Excellent at both schools. Do a side by side comparison of the SE curriculum for each school.
Internships are available at both schools, but they will not be handed to you, so again it is up to you to take advantage of the opportunities. You will be able to find employment for both schools. Employers are more interested in your job skill set than where you attended Undergrad.
Visit both schools and decide for yourself. I am sure you will find you prefer one over the other.
