<p>Hey i was just wondering if I would be able to apply to the college of letters and sciences without stating my major? I am going to major in chem, but then again chem is part of L&S program. Is the college of L&S a broad program which includes many different ones, so if i apply as that i can switch to any of the majors when i go to Cal?</p>
