Hello all,
Can anyone provide me some personal experience or insight on their experience at the Regents’ overnight program at Berkeley? I’m signed up to go this Saturday, Feb 25, but I’m unsure if it’s worth it. My best friend goes to Cal but she is not a Regents scholar. I’m spending Friday with her. Would my host or the program in general provide me anything extremely useful (experience- or information-wise) that I couldn’t get another way?

The ROHP is the main reason my DD ended up at Cal in 2015. She had a neutral opinion of Cal (really no opinion) prior to ROHP and came away incredibly impressed. She has loved her two years in Berkeley and was accepted to Haas two weeks ago. So thank you ROHP.
@letsshare I did not end up going because I was already able to get a good sense of Berkeley from spending time with my friend, but it seems like ROHP is very helpful for some!
Thanks for your response. He is leaning towards USC but I really want him to get a sense of Cal before deciding.
