Cal State Admission Help!!!

I begin senior year in and start my applications soon. My problem is that junior 1st semester AP calculus I received a D and then dropped down to a normal calc class and received a B. I am making up the AP calc class this year but the applications are due in November and they don't want your transcript till July. They base the application on honesty. Since after this upcoming semester the calc grade will be totally changed should I pretend I never took the AP calc class junior year. Or does it matter, I still have a 3.9 gpa with the D. Could I get accepted with the D or will I be immediately red flagged.

Thank you!

You list your intended classes so they’ll see you’re retaking Calc. “Pretending” you never took it is a bad idea because when they get your transcript during the summer you could well be rescinded for concealing it.
